Apple's IPad
Invented by – Apple
Apple's iPad is not just one of the most popular computing devices of 2010, but it is also the fastest-selling non-phone product in consumer electronics history. The iPad is simply a follow-up to slate-style PCs like Microsoft's Tablet PC, which were wildly unpopular. However, Apple was the first business to create finger-friendly hardware and software from the ground up, rather than putting a PC into a keyboardless casing. When it refers to the results as "magical" and "revolutionary," it is only slightly misrepresenting reality. According to one analyst, the iPad is the fastest-selling nonphone gadget in consumer electronics history.

Kevin Systrom founded Instagram, a photo and video-sharing social media platform, in 2010. On October 6, 2010, the Instagram app was released, and it quickly gained 25,000 users. The app's primary aim from the start was to exhibit images, notably those taken on mobile devices. Facebook paid $1 billion in cash and equity to acquire Instagram just before its initial public offering (IPO) in 2012.

Airfryers
Invented by – Philips
At the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA), a major consumer electronics trade show in Berlin, Philips debuted the Airfryer, a new kitchen gadget. The AirFryer is an egg-shaped device that allows consumers to quickly and simply fry a range of items such as French fries, snacks, chicken, and pork, among others. The AirFryer was created utilising proprietary Rapid Air technology, which results in crispy fries with up to 80% less fat than a standard fryer. Because the gadget simply uses air to cook the foods, it emits fewer odours and vapours than traditional frying, is simple to clean, and is safe for daily use. The Airfryer was named one of the top five inventions of the 2010 International Food Expo. Fred van der Weij, the inventor of the technology, was there with Philips' marketing managers when the prize was awarded to the firm.
